OVERTIME RATE: ₦10,000 / HOUR
Nothing in the system can observe a guest overstaying. Staff record extra hours after the event with a documented operational reason. The charge is added directly to that booking and written to the audit log. The system never infers or guesses overtime.
When you initiate checkout, the chosen space and date are locked exclusively for 15 minutes. No other organizer can reserve or pay for that slot while your hold is active.
Bookings are finalized strictly upon verification of Paystack's cryptographic webhook. Cash reservations are permitted only through staff in the admin console.
